You have reached Reached the maximum number of license request Creo 12

I had to reinstall the program several times due to an error on my laptop, it finally worked. I wanted to make a video to show my colleagues how to install it so that it doesn't cause problems. The thing is, when I tried to reinstall the license, I got the following error. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. I contacted my Uni, they told me to contact PTC, but I can't access the eSupport because I have to upgrade my account using a client number which I don't have, my uni only have given me the licence number. I need the program to make my lab practices. It would be helpful if some of the support members of PTC could reach me and do the MAC thing to my laptop, I've read on the forum and I know that it's possible to reactivate the max num of requests.
