You must do this before installing Windchill and configuring it.

Hi. Do we need Windows server to install windchill ? or will it be possible to install on Windows 10 ?

You can install Windchill on Windows 10 for testing purposes, but it is not supported for a production environment. 

You can find this in the Windchill Software Matrices.

Yes i was trying to install in Windows 10 for test ( havent installed database yet ) , i ran the install script for solution installation and got this error. The install folders ( software ) all start with MED-60 .. , not sure which one to run first.

You must install the database and configure it first.

The MED* files are zipped and need to be unzipped before running the PSI.

yes installed Oracle and configured it , also verified with sqlplus the database is working. But when i run the solution  ( setup.vbs ) still get the same error.
