만료된 썸네일

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.5
안녕하세요. 썸네일이 사진처럼 나오는 이유를 알 수 있을까요? WVS 작업 모니터 확인 결과 이전에 썸네일 생성에 실패한 이력은 없었으며 해당 썸네일 클릭 시 '만료된 시각화 데이터'라고 뜹니다. 이 도면뿐 아니라 파트파일(어셈블리X)도 이런 문제가 생기는 것으로 보아 단순히 하위 파트 문제는 아닌 것으로 보이며, 서피스로 만들어진 형상도 아닙니다.(솔리드로 제작) 이런 현상의 원인이 무엇인지 알 수 있을까요? 답변 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.

try to enable logger  wt.wvs.publish  to ALL, this should print more info in the logs
