CAD上传PLM图框消失

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.1.0

4台电脑的CAD图纸上传PLM后图框都消失了

工程师电脑配置为联想M540C R7-5800H/32G/2T+256G/WIN11/3Y

Please provide more information and screen shots. What do you mean by PLM Frame?
