It seems like the stock table does not consider AFX created plates, only beams. Is this correct behavior?
Another thing I wonder is if there is any possibilities to export the stock length info from the model itself to a text format, so I don't need to go through a drawing to get this information?
Thanks!

Hi @YStrypet ,
You can create the feature in all models and then use the available parameters to create a custom BOM if you want to.
See here for usage of the function introduced in Creo 11:

AFX also offers a outline calculation that can be activated with the following parameter:
This is also already active for most steel_construction_mm elements.
I hope this helps.
Hi @YStrypet
Thank you for your question.
Your post appears well documented but has not yet received any response. I am replying to raise awareness. Hopefully, another community member will be able to help.
Also, feel free to add any additional information you think might be relevant.
Best regards,
Hi @YStrypet ,
unfortunately both of your requirements are not possible with AFX at the moment.
We do not know what is your base for your plates. With profiles this is clear. you have a defined section with a variable length. Plates can be variable in all 3 directions and that is the reason why we do not add them to the mentioned table.
I hope this helps.
Ok, thanks for the reply.! Could it it be an option to use a bounded box feature? I.e to establish limitation planes on the geometry and measure distance between for display in the table?
