Wrong email at login. License not working

Wrong email at login. License not working

Always when i start MathCad, it starts with the wrong email, so my license doesn´t work because it´s on the other email. The problem is, that i can´t change the email

Don't understand the problem. Once licensed, Mathcad doesn't use e-mail to run the program. The license is tied to the MAC address of the network interface.

Please be more specific regarding the problem description:

_ Mathcad or Prime?

- Student license?

- What version?

- What OS?
